Lender's Calendar

The Mitas loan reservation/lock system is available Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Mitas will not be available for new reservations/locks after hours, on weekends or on State holidays. Downpayment assistance funds cannot be wired when the Federal Reserve Bank is closed. Please see list of dates below.
